Wat we verzamelen — What we collect

This website may collect anonymous usage data to improve performance. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

Het Channel Zero-vak toont eerst een voorproef (een filmpje van channel-zero.be, van deze site zelf). De live site van de band laadt pas als je “Toon de live site hier” klikt of alle cookies aanvaardt; channel-zero.be zet dan eigen cookies (Google Analytics).

De muziekspeler van Mixcloud laadt pas als je alle cookies aanvaardt of zelf op “DJ-sets laden” klikt. Mixcloud zet dan eigen cookies.

Contactformulier — Contact form

Het formulier onder “Info & contact” stuurt wat je invult (naam, e-mailadres, bericht en de velden die je zelf invult) via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) door naar [email protected]. FormSubmit is daarbij verwerker. We gebruiken je gegevens alleen om je te antwoorden (tenzij je apart het nieuwsbriefvakje aanvinkt, zie hieronder) en geven ze aan niemand anders. Hetzelfde geldt voor het boekingsformulier van DJ Turbeau.

Nieuwsbrief — Newsletter

Onder elk formulier staat een apart vakje voor nieuws en aanbiedingen per e-mail (Turbeau2Rock, DJ Turbeau). Het staat standaard uit en is niet nodig om een bericht of boeking te versturen. Vink je het aan, dan bewaren we je e-mailadres, datum en uur, taal, pagina en de versie van de tekst als bewijs van je toestemming.

• Doel: af en toe nieuws en aanbiedingen per e-mail.
• Grondslag: je toestemming (AVG art. 6.1.a).
• Bewaartermijn: tot je je uitschrijft.
• Intrekken kan altijd, zonder reden: via de afmeldlink in elke mail of een mail naar [email protected].
• Verwerker: Resend (EU-regio) bewaart de lijst en verstuurt de mails.
• Geen open- of kliktracking in de mails.

Each form has a separate, unticked box for news and offers by email. It is optional. If you tick it, we keep your email address, date and time, language, page and text version as proof of consent. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Kept until you unsubscribe; you can withdraw at any time via the link in every mail or by emailing [email protected]. The list is kept by Resend (processor, EU region). No open or click tracking in our mails.

Botmeting — Bot measurement

Deze site telt bezoeken om bots en leegzuigers te herkennen (R4M-poort, meetstand: niemand wordt tegengehouden). Het IP-adres wordt niet bewaard. Van bots bewaren we naam (user-agent), pad, netwerkeigenaar en land; die cijfers worden alleen als aantallen gepubliceerd. Van gewone bezoekers bewaren we geen netwerk of land.

This site counts visits to recognise bots and scrapers (R4M gate, measuring mode: nobody is blocked). No IP address is stored. For bots we keep the name (user agent), the path, the network owner and the country; those figures are only published as totals. For regular visitors we keep no network or country.
